Hands-On Recovery

THE MASSAGE SUITE

Four massage styles, one goal: keep your body training. From precise trigger point work to full-body Swedish relaxation, every session is built around what your body needs that day.

Recovery you can feel by tomorrow morning.

Soreness, knots, and nagging tightness don't fix themselves — they compound. Left alone, yesterday's tight hip becomes next month's pulled hamstring. Massage therapy works the problem at the source: breaking down adhesions, flushing metabolic waste, and restoring the range of motion your training depends on.

Our Massage Suite offers four distinct styles, each with a different job. Not sure which one you need? Tell the therapist where it hurts and how you train — they'll match the technique to the problem.

Pair a session with the Recovery Suite — cryo, hydro massage, or the infrared sauna — and walk out feeling brand new.

MASSAGE STYLES

Four techniques, four different jobs — matched to how you train.

Trigger Point

Find the knot. Kill the pain.

Trigger point work targets the specific knots and hyper-irritable spots that refer pain elsewhere — the knot in your shoulder that's really causing the headache, the hip flexor that's been limiting your squat depth. Your therapist applies sustained, precise pressure to release each point, restoring normal muscle function and shutting down referred pain at its source. Best for: stubborn knots, referred pain, range-of-motion restrictions that stretching can't touch.

Swedish

Full-body reset. Zero pain required.

Swedish massage is the classic full-body reset — long, flowing strokes with light to medium pressure that boost circulation, ease general muscle tension, and shift your nervous system into recovery mode. It's the style for de-stressing, sleeping better, and giving your body a break between hard training blocks without adding more physical stress. Best for: relaxation, stress relief, improved circulation, active recovery days.

Deep Tissue

Go deep. Recover hard.

Deep tissue massage gets into the deeper muscle layers and connective tissue with slow, firm strokes and sustained pressure. It's built for athletes and heavy lifters: releasing chronic tension, breaking down scar tissue and adhesions, and speeding recovery after brutal training blocks. You'll feel it work — and you'll feel the difference for days. Best for: chronic muscle tension, post-competition recovery, overworked lifting muscles.

Cupping

Decompress. Drain. Dominate.

Cupping uses suction to lift skin and fascia away from the muscle underneath, decompressing tight tissue and pulling fresh blood flow into areas that need it. That's the therapy behind those circles you see on Olympic athletes — used for stubborn back tightness, fascia restrictions, and accelerating recovery. It pairs perfectly with deep tissue work in the same session. Best for: fascia restriction, back tightness, lymphatic drainage, competition recovery.
